Ceramic valve cores are commonly used in fluid control devices such as faucets. They consist of a valve core shell, a rotating core, a movable valve plate, a static valve plate, a pressure plate, and a sealing gasket. The rotating core is engaged with the movable valve plate via a toggle fork, which tightly fits the movable valve plate to the static valve plate, which is fixed inside the valve core shell. The ceramic valve core is designed to provide high sealing performance during the opening and closing of the valve, effectively controlling water flow.
The high resistance to aging and wear ensures that ceramic valve cores have a much longer lifespan compared to traditional valve cores made of other materials.
